burn in typically is caused by tube… i think a processor would go out before a screen burn in on a non-tube screen.
short n simple:
plasma’s are based on gas for their display, so when you have the same image there for a long time, it heats that spot up and causes the image to burn into that part of the screen.
Phosphor darkens with usage. When you keep the phosphor active in one place, it darkens quicker than the inactive phosphor. That is a burn….
most tv ’s old or new have a fuse in them, it’s now they are making them inside the tv or a relay so i’ll suggest u check that first .i have my computer monitorthat the light come on but the screen goes off, so i have to try on and off and unplug the wires and back on couples times, but it work and most of the times if i use diffrent outlets(computer i a seperate one and the screen in seperate one iw ork fine. so i think it’s the circuit .
