I was watching ESPN on my Philips 42 in. plasma an hour ago for about 10 minutes.I turn on my tv menu and i notice a ghostly image of the logo on it and so far it hasn’t gone away as i can still see a fainted image of the logo on the tv.Is my new Plasma tv now ruined from this? Also, i don’t have any features like pixel shift and screen saver, and the tv was manufactured in July,07′. PLZ help me!

Try turning the tv to a station with ‘snow’ on it for about 20-30 minutes. this usually takes care of burn-in. If not, a tech may be needed if it bothers you that bad.
